  When the man developed from one stage to another stage, then he faced the new difficulties. Many a times epidemics took the life of innumerable animals and human beings. Crops got damaged due to draught. After growth in crop production, inter tribal fights and conflicts started for its distribution. Powerful tribes started enslaving and subjugating the weaker tribes.The man was incapable to find out the real causes of these calamities and social disasters. Hence the path of prayer to appease the God was chosen by man to save himself from destruction. It gave him some mental satisfaction.
  
  The task of Prayer was entrusted to some important person of the Tribe. Further this ceremonial line developed into the form of incantations, charms. All this was vert easy and respectful in the society. Hence some people adopted this as a profession and began earning their livelihood by this way. Then they started to spread the superstitions.
  
  The different reformist movements in the history or the ideas of contemporary thinkers, became worshipping or pious and developed into the form of different religions. When any movement or thought surpasses over the line of criticism and when some people adopt it as their profession for their personal gain, then the better rople played by any reformist movemnt at any stage, stays no longer beneficial for the social progress.
  
  During the history of mankind, at different times the rulers have used religion and other superstitions, in differnt forms, for their vester interests. The exploiting class knows very well that whatever cannot be achieved by force can easily be achieved by scrupluous games. In this age, in the world of human being, the exploiting classes used the religion as a tool to maintain and enhance their rule. Communal riots are being whipped up at different places. So in this way the sad and mad story of religions and superstitions is going on.
  
  The base of this religion dogma is this exploitative and inhuman social order. Therefore to put an end to this sad and mad story, a radical social change and revolution and a new healthy and non-exploitative social order is must. So the struggle against idealism and spirtualism can be only waged from the class-struggle stand-point. Leaving aside this, any propaganda of atheism, though done with good intention, can only blow the idealistic notions temporarily but not wash away it completely.
  
  Tarksheel Society Punjab (Regd.) will do the efforts to end these misconceptions spreaded by the exploiting class, with the sharp light of scientific ideology. Society outrightly rejects the prevailing living conditions, where the people are engulfed very badly in the vicious circle of superstitions, incantions, astrology etc. etc; and where the parasites, so called Sadhus, Saints, Priests, Astrologers etc. etc. are deluding the working people by propagating miracles, Ghosts, Souls, Fate and Karmas. They do all this to divert the attention from the real social conditons. Society will expose this. Society will expose all this. Society from the scientific angle will also oppose the Conservative, Communal and Caste prejudices done by the rulers. To make the scientific mode of thinking of the people, society will publish and distribute the literature on the large scale. Society will also give the scientific solution of ‘natural’ as well as the prevailing so-called Ghost’s incidents. Tarksheel Society Punjab (Regd) invites all the progressive persons to come forward for the above-mentioned tasks.
